Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree required.
- Three years of recent experience in a community setting or adult/geriatric nursing.
- Current Transition Services experience preferred.
- Community related experience required.preferred.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Active registration with the CARNA.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Proven critical thinking, decision-making skills and assessment skills.
- Physically able to perform all assigned tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to perform all duties in accordance with related legislation.
- Demonstrated familiarity with computer programs required.
- Valid Alberta drivers license and access to a vehicle required.
