Medical - Registered Nurse / Registered Psychiatric Nurse

The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive care to patients and families.  The RN will be working as a case manager
collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team.
Unit 41 is a general medical unit with a focus on healthy aging.  The mix of patients affords the ability to apply cohesive teamwork to meet acute medical needs as well as psycho-social needs with an
emphasis on patient and family centred care.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour   Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- CARNA registration required.
- Experience in LTC or working with seniors required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Experience with case management preferred
