Medical - Patient Care Support

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessment, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive care to patients and families. Working collaboratively
within a multidisciplinary team one will be afforded opportunity to work to full scope of practice and make a significant contribution. Unit 41 is a general medical unit with a focus on healthy
aging. The mix of patients affords the ability to apply cohesive teamwork to meet acute medical needs as well as psycho-social needs with an emphasis on patient and family centred
care.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 21.72 per hour   Maximum: 28.44 per hour
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license required.
- Experience working with Seniors and LTC patients required.
- Computer literacy required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
