Registered Nurse

The successful candidate will be required to coordinate the delivery of nursing care for the sick and critically ill neonate in the Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit. The nurse will participate in family teaching and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of
professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The nurse will be able to maintain positive working relationships with parents, families, and co-workers, and be able to independently manage
multiple priorities.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour   Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.
- CARNA registration.
- BCLS (CPR) Certification; NRP Certification.
- Post RN NICU course preferred.
- Recent NICU experience.
- Post graduate continuing education on breastfeeding teaching and support preferred.
- Skilled in clinical decision making and priority setting; Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Patient teaching and family support skills.
- Basic computer skills.
