Supervisor Dal/pal

Supervisor, DAL/PAL is responsible foe the daily operations and supervision of professional Case Managers and support staff within the Designated
Assisted Living program and ensuring the provision of quality & safety standards for client care.
- Responsible for processes such as staff scheduling, recruitment, position management and performance management.
- The position establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with contracted DAL sites and other Zone programs, especially Home Care & Transition Services.
- Collaborate with members of the team to develop and implement cohesive plans of care act as clinical role model and resource to staff by assessing, supervising and monitoring the provision of case
management.
- Facilitates the implementation of changes to structure and processes to improve quality of care, client satisfaction and utilization of resources.

Rates of Pay: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Nursing Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience with progressive increase in responsibility, community experience and working with seniors an asset
- 3 years experience in a Health Care leadership role
- Solid understanding of Human Resource management, budget and labour relations
- Strong leadership, facilitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function independently and effectively in a dynamic environment
- Active registration must be maintained
- Valid Alberta drivers license with access to a vehicle require
