Medical - Registered Nurse / Registered Psychiatric Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision of direct patient care on Unit 56.  The RN will participate in all duties and responsibilities
required to care for cardiology and medical patients, as well as their families. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team as they care for patients, provide leadership to others,
work will within team setting and have the ability to work on their own, work in an organized manner as well as continue to strive to seek out educational opportunities. Other unit specific duties
include collaboration of care with the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and/or Nursing Attendant (NA) and other members of the multidisciplinary team.

Employee Class: Regular Part Time
Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour   Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Current CARNA registration required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- One year medical nursing experience within the last three years.
- Previous telemetry monitoring, cardiology experience preferred.
- Certification in IV therapy, blood glucose monitoring, and dysrhythmia interpretation preferred.
- Basic computer skills are an asset

$42.45/per hour
