Sheldon Clinic. It is a very busy environment, and requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The position requires participation in an interdisciplinary team. It is a consultative
role as well as a client acute case management role.

Qualifications:
- Wound care and HPTP skills required
- Current CARNA registration required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required
- Work experience in case management and consultative role is an asset
- A valid AB driver's license and vehicle is required
- Home care clinic experience is an asse
