Clerk III

This Clerk ll full time position supports the GI clinic at ACH.
The clerk lll role is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides service/care for patients and families from birth to 18 years of age that require the services of a pedicatric GI
specialist.
Teh GI clinic at ACH is a fast paced clinic that requires an individual with inititative and strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple referrals, multiple physician templates and
multiple clinic bookings on a daily basis.
As well, the Clerk lll role provides coverage for their co-workers and is able to assist with the provision of clinic statistics.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 19.96 per hour   Maximum: 23.19 per hour
Qualifications:
- Successful completion/certification from a Unit clerk program.
- Proficiency with Clinibase, Scheduler and Microsoft Word
- Efficiency with Sunrise Clinical Manager
- Fluency in spoken/written English required
- Demonstrated ability to work well with team members, critical thinking skills and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills an asset
- Commitment to the care of children thorugh a family centered care approach
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred
