Medical - Clerical and Administrative

The Clerk IV is responsible for the provision of clerical and organizational support to the Urology clinic, ensuring it's smooth and efficient operation
in a very busy outpatient setting.  This position performs a variety of clerical duties which include provision of records and documents required by clinic staff and physicians, maintenance of clinic
files, telephone/fax reception and correspondence, clinic appointment scheduling, front desk reception during clinics and ordering of office supplies.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 22.22 per hour   Maximum: 25.48 per hour
Qualifications:
- High School graduate
- Medical Terminology/Approved Unit Clerk Course required
- 3 - 5 years in a healthcare environment required
- Recent outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Experience with Clinibase and Scheduler preferred
- Strong computer skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independentl

$25.48/per hour

Full Time Temporary
