Medical - Registered Nurse / Registered Psychiatric Nurse

A Registered Nurse responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive patient and family care on a Convalescent Short Stay
unit. Involves working with and delegating care to Nursing Attendants, and collaborating with a large interdisciplinary team.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized Nursing program, degree preferred.
- Current CARNA registration.
- Minimum 2 years related experience.
- CPR and IV certification required.
- Gerontology Nurse Certificate an asset.
- Strong communication skills essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a large multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize critical thinking skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to function well in charge nurse role an asset.
- Basic computer skills required

$42.45/per hour
