Medical - Clerical and AdministrativeUnder the driection of the School Health and Well Child Nursing Lead, this position collaborates closely with the Leads, District Managers and or
managers of piority programs related to daily operations: planning for sites, service,and programs; and works independently to complete assigned responsibilties and accountabilities. Directly
accountable for the administrative processing of human resource matters including recruitment, retention, scheduling, time keeping approval of staff request , submissio nand problem resolution of a
side varitey of financial transactions.
This position performs a side variety of office management and program coordination duties to support well child chilins, school health program, regional community vaccination programs (school,
occupational, influenza and rapid response) and regioonal community health promotion activities. This position investigates, documents and tracks financial and statistical activities of the
programs, services and sites.
As part of tyhe adminstrative teamof Public Health Calgary Zone this position will work collaboratively with the other administrative staff to suppor the managers, leads and educators of the
department. THe administrative team is expecte dto work together to equitable distribue the workload of various community health programs including well child, school health vaccination and
influenza pre natal and postnatal servies

Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Business administration courses
- Computer coursces in MS office, Products including data based soft ware
- Must know Windows PHANTIM< power point appointment scheduling crystal reports Excell word, access, calandar, epeople Visio keyboarding accuracy and spead
- Eduation in non violent crisis managment, recall system, routine and non routine vaccination schedules basic immunization knowledge interpersonal communication skill
