Physio Ther II (2022.75)

Reporting to the Rehabilitation Manager, this position is primarily responsible for assessment, treatment, education and management of clinical caseload
within the facility and surrounding district and supports the health promotion philosophy of Alberta Health Services. Additional supervisory skills are necessary to ensure the provision of efficient
and effective department daily operations; feedback to the Manager to assist with program direction and coordination; liaison capabilities with departmental staff, other health care professionals and
clients. This position may involve program planning, program development, and the provision of education inservices.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 34.58 per hour   Maximum: 45.94 per hour
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed to practice in Alberta through the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta.
- Post graduate courses pertaining to Physical Therapy preferred.
- 5  years clinical experience preferred
- Supervisory training and/or experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Evidence of life long learning
- Demonstrate sound professional judgement required.
- Shows initiative required.
- Organize duties and time effectively required.
- Hold valid drivers license and access to a vehicle required.
- CPR required.
- AADL Authorization desired.
- Computer skills in data entry and word processing desired.
- Experience in rural environment desired.
