Registered Nurse

This position is responsible for the provision of clinical case management for adults with complex mental health disorders residing in the community. The
position requires the ability to work independently. Clinical support provided for review, consultation and evaluation on an ongoing basis. Outreach is an expectation of this role.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour   Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Current CRPNA or CARNA registration required.
- BN or BSN or additional course in area of specialization preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years recent Mental Health experience with community experience including case management required.
- Clinical skills necessary to provide individual therapy including assessment, treatment/therapy and service planning, evaluation and crisis intervention required.
- Training in and experience with formal group therapy an asset.
- Knowledge of dual diagnosis (i.e. mental illness and addictions) an asset.
- Theoretical training in family interviewing an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses initiative, reliability, flexibility and sound judgment as well as the ability to work autonomously.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Current CPR.
- A valid Alberta driver's license and use of personal vehicle is required
