Medical - Registered Nurse / Registered Psychiatric Nurse

Under the supervision on the manager of inpatient mental health at RGH the RN/RPN will provide assessment., intervention and dischareg planning for adult
mental health patients and their families.

Location: Rockyview General Hospital
Employee Class: Regular Part Time
Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour   Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- 2-3 yr mental health experience in an acute care setting desired
- Registration with CARNA or RPNAA required.
- Proven skills in communication, verbal, written and team cohesion.
- Must be willing to participate in educational programs such as: Tidal Model, CBT training, Family Systems Nursing, HoNOS and others as necessary.
- Good medical knowledge for at least the basics: Glucometer, IV therapy etc.
- Ability to handle stress

$42.45/per hour
