Licensed Practical Nurse

As part of the collaborative patient care team, and as governed by HPA, is responsible and accountable for the delivery of patient care on an adult in-patient
psychiatric unit.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 22.70 per hour   Maximum: 29.72 per hour
Qualifications:
- Current registration with CLPNA required.
- Mental Health learning module in basic PN programme required.
- Current CPR certificate required.
- Previous experience in Mental Health setting required;  one to two years mental health experience preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with team required.
- Evidence of interest in adult mental health/psychiatry required.
- Certificate of Achievement for LPNs in Adult Mental Health and/or Gerontology preferred.
