Medical - Management and Business Professional

Reporting to the Director, Finance Policy, the Finance Policy Leads are responsible for supporting the Director in the development of a Finance Policy
framework, and process for development of key Finance-related bylaws, corporate policies, department standards, and guidelines. Duties include initiation, coordination, and development of key Finance
policies, including engagement and consultation of key stakeholders and users; implementation, communication and education of policies; and evaluation and periodic review. The Finance Policy team
will also be responsible for providing education to the Finance portfolio on other relevant corporate policies outside of Finance.

Rates of Pay: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, accounting or a related discipline.
- Professional accounting or auditing designation (CA, CGA, CMA, CIA) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in policy development and/or internal control and process evaluation / documentation / recommendation for an organization of similar size, breadth, and
complexity.
- Strong systems thinker and superior written and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Must have demonstrated the confidence and ability to communicate and work effectively with various groups and levels.
- Must be able to establish and adjust priorities in accordance with competing demands and complex issues
