Medical - Registered Nurse / Registered Psychiatric Nurse

Provides primary emergency nursing care to all emergency patients (with varying acuity).

Location: Foothills Medical Centre
Employee Class: Temporary Part Time
Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Registered or ability to be registered with CARNA.
- BLS required.
- TNCC and ACLS desirable.
- Post basic course in Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' recent Nursing experience required.
- Recent Emergency experience preferred.
- Demonstrated strong prioritization and assessment skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing and fluctuating workloads.
- Demonstrated ability in organizing and planning care appropriately required.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment required.
- Triage, Trauma and Charge Nurse experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills are an asset

$42.45/per hour
