Demonstrates competence in delivering safe, effective and efficient care in accordance with all elements of the current Calgary Health Region job
description for Registered Nurses. Is a member of the Maternal Child health care team, collaborating on the delivery of holistic and comprehensive care to meet the needs of "at risk" antepartum
women, postpartum women, including pre and post operative surgical care, and newborns within the context of their family. Nursing care includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
with the purpose of facilitating physical recovery and/or promotion of health within a fast paced and dynamic teaching environment.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour   Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Current registration with CARNA required.
- Current CPR certification.
- 3-5 years current Maternal/Child experience preferred.
- NRP & Fetal monitoring certification or willing to obtain.
- IV certification preferred.
- Must have excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Must have excellent patient teaching / facilitation skills
