The position is responsible for providing and performing the highest quality service possible, to the clients of Diagnostic Imaging Services. This is
done in an effective, efficient and safe manner. As a member of the Diagnostic Imaging team, this position is responsible for working all shifts and on-call, as assigned.
Some accommodation for rotations on evenings and nights may be necessary at times.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 29.82 per hour   Maximum: 39.26 per hour
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of registry exam.
- Member in good standing and current registration/eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) (Previously AAMRT).
- Good organizational skills and ability to assume responsibility.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and promote good teamwork.
- Perception, initiative, good judgment and concern for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy in dealing with patients, staff and physicians.
- Practices effective radiation protection, infection control and safety techniques as applicable.
- Computer skills.
- BCLS certification.
- IV certification, as required.
