Registered Nurse

Under the supervision of the manager of inpatient mental health at RGH, the RN / RPN will provide, assessment, intervention and discharge planning to
adult mental health patients and their families.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 32.34 per hour   Maximum: 42.45 per hour
Qualifications:
- 2-3yrs mental health experience in an aute care setting desired.
- Registration with CARNA or RPNAA required.
- Proven skills in communication, verbal, written and team ohesion.
- Must be willing to participate in educational programs such as : Tidal Model, CBT training, Family Systems Nursing, HoNOS and others as necessary.
- Good medical knowledge including glucometer and IV therapy.
- Ability to handle stress.
