Medical - Patient Care Support

A Nursing Attendant position which assists in the provision of direct and indirect patient care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Responsible for performing tasks related to activities of daily living and other specific procedures on the nursing unit. Heavy lifting, as well as repetitive movements are necessary during the
course of performing duties on this unit.
You will have the unique opportunity to work in a collaborative care service delivery model.
Collaborative practice is defined as care providers working together to contribute their knowledge, skills and abilities to patient care in a process of continuous communication and shared
decision-making among patients/families and all of the care providers who are invoved in a patient's care to achieve outcomes that could not have been achieved by health care providers working either
alone or in parallel.

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 17.09 per hour   Maximum: 20.79 per hour
Qualifications:
- Current acute care experience as a Nursing Attendant is required.
- Formal training as a Nursing Attendant is required.
- BCLS certificate

$20.79/per hour
