In the Operating Rooms positions patients in a safe manner for surgery. Some knowledge about anatomy is an asset . Critical thinking ability to problem
solve equipment issues is a must.  Must be organized and and have the ability to plan stocking of supplies around patient needs.  Needs to have good upper body strength and awareness of body
mechanics.
This is a casual staff position to provide care in the Operating Rooms at FMC campus including the McCaig towe

Rates of Pay: Minimum: 17.80 per hour   Maximum: 19.41 per hour
Qualifications:
- Grade XII level of education or equivalent required.
- Medical terminology is an asset.
- Fluent in speaking/reading/writing English.
- Must be certified at Heart Saver level in CPR or higher.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to independently perform routine and assigned tasks.
- Ability to perform job duties independently, under varying workloads (assess and prioritize tasks).
- Effective communication skills with various groups and individuals.
- Demonstrates understanding, patience, confidentiality and sensitivity when relating to others.
- Maintains collaborative, effective working relationships with others
