Medical - Patient Care Support

The Nursing Attendant position assists in the provision of direct and indirect patient care services under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
Responsible for performing tasks related to activities of daily living and other specific procedures on the nursing unit.

Location: Foothills Medical Centre
Employee Class: Temporary Full Time
Rates of Pay: Minimum: 17.09 per hour Maximum: 20.79 per hour
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Current BCLS required.
- Personal Attendant course desirable.
- Experience in ICU or Acute Care preferred.
- Must be able to lift and run as part of Code Team.
- Must be able to do moderate to heavy lifting of Patients and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills essential

$20.79/per hour
