Human Resources - RecruitmentCimarron is experiencing rapid growth and we are currently looking for an experienced Talent Management Specialist within our Human Resources Department to help build our team. The successful candidate will:
Work closely with discipline engineering managers to support the hiring process.
Drive the full cycle of recruitment and talent management activities.
Strategize and execute use of effective attraction and marketing mediums and recruitment campaigns.
Liaise with third party agencies and external sources to ensure talent management needs are well understood and recruiting efforts achieve desired results.
Organize, coordinate and lead the interview and screening process.
Review resumes of selected candidates and conduct initial candidate dialogues by telephone or in person with hiring managers.
Organize and complete reference checks on selected candidates.
Coordinate preparation and delivery of employment offers in collaboration with existing HR staff and office services personnel.
Maintain relevant metrics arising from talent management and recruiting activities.
Ensure smooth on-boarding and support orientation process as required.
Required Skills and Experience
Several years' experience sourcing, recruiting, hiring and negotiating contracts with oil and gas and/or engineering professionals, ideally in the engineering consulting or a related industry.
Highly skilled and creative with recruiting tools including social media.
Proven ability to multi-task and efficiently respond to rapidly changing priorities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail oriented with high proficiency for accuracy and confidentiality.
Comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization and with engineering or technical professionals.
Self-motivated and a proactive thinker with a high degree of initiative, confidence and sense of urgency to complete assignments.
Post secondary education with a CHRP or RPR designation.
