Health Research Interviewer - Northwest Centre II

This role involves completing telephone interviews on health related topics, for research purposes. The interviews may be conducted with patients, employees, or the general public.  It is
essential, that candidates possess superior abilities regarding attention to detail, excellent command of the English language, as well as a clear voice, and professional telephone demeanor.
Interviews are scripted, and training is provided in terms of research protocol, and interview techniques.
Computer skills are a definite asset, although not required, as basic training is provided on the interviewing software. However, basic typing skills are necessary for success in this role.
Rate of pay is $14.09 per hour

Qualifications:
-Outstanding communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of people.
-The ability to learn and work with simple Windows based computer programs (training will be provided)
-A strong, clear, personable speaking voice.
-A strong understanding of the English language.
-The ability to conduct interviews while accurately following research protocol.
-Basic typing skills.
-Attention to detail.
-The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
-Previous call centre experience, or experience as an interviewer, is an asset but not required
