Talent Prospecting, Recruiting, and Screening since 1987

Over the last 30+ years we have done it all from a Recruitment perspective. We have been headhunters, consultants, and screeners. We have built applicant tracking systems, assessment systems and interviewed tens of thousands of people. Needless to say, there isn't a lot we haven't seen when it comes to talent evaluation.

Now we are on to 'what is next. Getting back to basics. We market jobs, we assess applicants, we cold or warm call candidates for our clients. Basically we take on the parts of recruitment that aren't a lot of fun for Talent Acquisition teams but also put time back into the days of a companies over worked recruiters.
